Queenie, a Boston Terrier, is the family pet. Stan's brother, Bud, is engaged. Stan is encouraging the wedding date when he is home. He is encouraging his younger sister, Eileen, to keep up with her school work. Uncle Harry is married to his mother's sister, Piedad.
