World War II Letters - 11 July 1942 - Written by Stan Cooper

Stan encourages his parents to send mail via "AIR MAIL." He mentions Pop, his father, making out swell in the Army. His father served in any way he could from the home front. Stan states the idea of selling the gas guzzler clunker Packard a swell idea to buy a second hand coup.

Stan also misses his hunting knife and asks his parents to send it to him for its usefulness.

He so appreciates any communication from home.
